As an added tip that I think I'll be adding into the post soon is this:

Based on what I see as a great maturity about sex, I can bet you're an amazing lover yourself.

That is a major flaw when for me, a girl isn't sexually matured enough to know there is more to sex than just the physical stuff.

Too answer your question not only does it happen all the time but multiple times during one long session. Fortunatley for me I happen to have a wonderful lover whose is truly concerned first and foremost about my pleasure. So that being said, no its not hard at all for me but again he is an absolutely wonderful lover. With past men, yes it has been hard at times, however I believe it all has to do with the phsycological value of it. Not male but I hope I may respond to this. Personally I like penetration the best for orgasm due to the ability to hit my g-spot through penetration. Of course I haven't met a man yet who could reach my g-spot with his tongue either. I can and do orgasm through oral sex but it mostly due to stimulus involving fingers as well.
