I'm not sure how I feel about this. I'm elated at the fact that it could be possible. No one really deserves to be in pain. After a while of contemplating the ideals of this process which are focus, preparation, and proper redirection of pain, I think this is definitely possible. I am a firm believer in the fact that our minds are much stronger than we think they are. Through meditation we can accomplish anything.
